    I have found the problem!!! It was a NIC!!! Only one NIC is working(or activated). As I moved the cable going to switch from NIC2 to NIC1 of MCS7816 everything worked! So now phones are working, but do you know why NIC2 is not working? How can I activate it to make it work? THANKS EVERYBODY...
