No, I've set up three CDP numbers today and the 4-second delay is on all of them (except when you dial 7103 beforehand, and then it's 8 seconds). Any reason why the delay is twice as bad when I dial 7103 beforehand?
That gives me this:
RLI 7
ENTR 0
LTER NO
ROUT 3
TOD 0 ON 1 ON 2 ON 3 ON
4 ON 5 ON 6 ON 7 ON
CNV NO
EXP NO

ROUT 23
TOD 0 ON 1 ON 2 ON 3 ON
4 ON 5 ON 6 ON 7 ON

EXP NO...
you'll have to excuse my lack of knowledge on this, but I can't see a route list 7. Here's what I got:

I'm not dialling anything else, just a 3-digit extension (724 in the post above).
I was told by the vendor that FLEN needed to be 3 because that's the length of the extensions.

[newbie alert!]
I've set up a new cdp to be passed to a Dialogic Media Gateway, but there seems to be about a four second delay from when I press the last digit until the call hits the gateway. Any idea why the delay is there?
Rory.
