So I did two things....and got it to upgrade.
1 - i used a different TFTP server on a different computer
2 - i went to one incremental unistim version first...ie. went from c7j to c7m instead of to c8q. not sure if that is what made it fire, but it's going now. thanks to everyone for some...
ok. maybe i'll try another tftp server just to be sure that's not the problem, although it worked on the newer avaya 1140. is 0625C8Q the latest firmware? I couldn't find anything since nov.
Is there something newer than 0625C8Q for the 1140E? that's the last one i tried and it didn't work either.
is bootc referring to when you hit up+2 on boot?

vztech - how are your MS Exchange skills - better start your MSCE training. I really don't want to see MS rule the world, but they do have world domination as part of their future plans.
I have a CS1000 running 5.5 as node 1000 and IP address 192.168.200.38. My NRS is 192.168.200.37. My system xlite client is 192.168.200.100 and the client can receive calls, but it can't make calls out. I have a Cisco CUCM system sip connected to the CS1000 and it can make inbound and outbound...
