    Norton didn't detect spyware WinPC Antivirus

    I have the most current version on Norton Antivirus, but i was just hit w/ a spyware: WinPC Antivirus... so I locate the file that I found running on my task manager: winpc.exe and deleted it. I'm not sure that I'm going about this issue the right way. All of the advice i've been reading...
