I'm installing a MICS on a customer site with a standard PRI set up.
The provider Time Warner Installed a Cisco 2900.
We can recieve calles fine but when we call out the call is instantly cut off when answered.
I have adgusted everything 1000 times.

I am a pretty seasoned Nortel tech but i am a bit stumpped. This is a 16 channel PRI. Should i have to deprovision 17 thru 23 for it to hit a channel? When I dial a 9 it primes to the pri as it should, I can then dial the entire number and then it gives me a busy. At&T says they can see me...
