Ringback on Transfer
Hello I have a 3300 cx with agents answering i/c calls. I have a DPNSS link to a sx2000. Sometimes when an agent transfer to x6512 and x6409 on the sx2000 the call comes straight back to the agent and displays ringback on the phone.
