    Phaser 7300DN 8 1/2 Duplex Error

    My 7300dn does not duplex 8 1/2 X 11? 11 X 17 works fine but 8 1/2 X 11 just sends out two sheets? All the software settings are correct so guessing something to do with the duplexer? Any suggestions greatly appreciated...thanks
