Didn't take me long to find another problem haha. This is the first time I've used graphics for backgrounds, so I'm a little slow with it. I have to take the picture and cut it up like that, into 5 pieces, for the frames, right? (I have no clue to do the watercolor thing Erik mentioned.) And...

By using a graphics program or by resizing it? And what do I do about people who are using computers smaller/larger than mine? It won't look right for them.

I want my background to be an image that is fixed, but takes up the entire frame. I have the image fixed and centered, but how do I make the image take up the full frame?
