Thank you BOTH - I was able to find the PO in the reference field of the AROPNFIL and my report is complete. This is an awesome site and I'm going to ask my boss to make a contribution as I'm sure I'll be using it again.[2thumbsup]- mariegee

Thank you both for trying to help me. I am using Macola 7.7 SQL and Crystal Reports for Macola 8.5. I am just trying to get the PO number to print on the report - very simple report: Invoice number and date, and amount. I don't see any PO field in the AROPNFIL. I want to print a statement for a customer who needs it in excel format. I have done it by using the AROPNFIL (although it prints invoices that have long been paid for some reason - not a big problem because I take care of that with a date selection). My problem is I want to list the PO number...- mariegee
