    Thank you for your reply yyrkroon !! You probaly right cause we have another CallPilot server in the west. I did a test and I was able to reproduce the problem. Our East side doesn't have the CP500S08G16C patch. We working on that way now. Thanks again !!

    We only use on server CallPilot release 05.00.41 All MB reside on the same server. Also when this Text notification is received there's no new voice message in the MB.
