BCM 50 with a Norstar 3x8 hanging off of it
I was told that using an ATA, I can hang a Norstar 3x8 off of a BCM 50. The local telephone line terminates on the BCM 50. I have M-series sets on both systems. I want to be able to transfer incoming calls between the two systems. How and why can't I and what limitations am I looking at...- jimthephoneguy

How do I make a 4412d+ telephone ring on a Lucent telephone system? What are the potential ramifications of such telephone ringing w/ a voice mail box attached to it...like a Norstar with the call forwarding to voice mail set to too few rings, for example, where the user's mail box inadvertanty...- jimthephoneguy
