screen freeze when using ex5.5
This one has got me stumped folks, now and again when I am on line the screen freezes, the mouse arrow moves but cannot click on anything, no buttons work so I have to reset, sometimes a soft reset does not work. I have several customers who also experience this problem and one uses AOL's...- WGreen
