It was intially installed with 4.1. We were using a Merlin Magic system before, and only recently installed the IP Office system in our office.

Good point this phone does have an expansion module, the type of phone is an Avaya 5420.

Thanks, but the phone display does not show a number or gives any information on where the source of the call is cominig from. I also tried to reboot the IP offfice server, that did not work.

Those questions are valid since I've never really used this device. The screen goes completely blank and pressing the large swap button at the bottom does not resolve the problem.

Unfortunately we do not have a module we can swap it out with.
