I solved the problem by setting up our exchange server as a pop3 server, changing Roy's outlook pop3 setting to point to our exchange server and deleting the roy@mycompany.co.za mailbox at the ISP.
Can anyone think of a better solution as we use a dyndns account which may not be that stable...
