I am not using a proxy server. There are no proxy settings..
The SSL 3.0 is being enabled.
The cipher strength shown here is 56 bit. According to my friends, this is quite common for most IEs. Up til now, I still do not know how come it is a t 56bit instead of 128 bits...
For all the Secure Socket layer website, this problem happen. We have tried to upgrade to IE 6. but still have the same problem.
In our IE security itself we have already set to default level, no limitation for SSL site.
Any advise ?

Dear all,
I am using Windows 98 2nd Edition on a Acer laptop.
Whenever I tried to surf secured website, it keeps giving me network error.
For instance, I type in https://(the name of any url)
I cannot go in.
Any advice for me to solve this?

Anyone has any clue regarding my above problems?
I have attached my emails with attachments, but my receipients only receive my emails, but without attachments.
Any advice? I am using Exchange Server 5.5 SP3.
