Got a weird one - PRI calls drop when you buzz people in via Algo Doorphone Control
Got it sorted out. Algo changed their doorphone latch control terminals. Unbeknown to me, the 3226 now includes its own 24v latch driver power supply. I had my own power supply and followed the instructions in the manual (which were apparently a little unclear). Because of my wiring...- norstar23

Got a weird one. I have a customer with a 23 channel PRI in a MICS. They also have 2 newer Algo 3026 analog trunk door phones with latch control connected to a DS card - lines 31 and 32. Whenever the receptionist buzzes a customer in the door by pressing the number 6, all current calls on the...- norstar23
