CMS- I need to keep incremental data much longer
My CC wanted incremental and other data available for much longer than the CMS server will allow. A developer created an Export into Excel (since I guess Informix will not export directly to SQL) and in turn, the data is then extracted from Excel into SQL. Providing original VDN on RONA calls
I have 18 programs (VDN) all pointing to vector 40, which Queues to skill 40. Skill 40 is set with RONA to VDN 7005 (RONA VDN) which points back to vector 40. VDN 7003 is the only VDN with skill 3rd set, and vector 40 queues calls in step 3 to Skill 3rd Top. I cannot seem to get my display on...- azmoose
