    motagoblin's fix resolved it for me. It was a setting in the Call Manager. I didn't need to change anything on the service provider's side (thank goodness).

    Right clicking on the user name did it! That was exactly what we needed. Our receptionists were never trained to right click on the user names, they always drag & drop. And I'm new to Call Manager and have no experiance with Attendant Console. Thank you!
