No criteria, but in the field cell: NumberOfDays: [your hours column]/24 I decided to just add a column to the excel output and put in a formula in the cell. Thanks again- embdenb

Hi I am the admin of a small database. It is an access front end with a sql back end. I have created a query in design view to export information from a specific table.
