How do I reset station VM password
The real problem with your answer imwadej is that I HAVE TO HAVE THE PASSWORD to get into the mailbox in the first place! The users are gone, I do not have there password to get into the voicemail in the first place. I understand I can reset the password inside the voicemail, I need to do it...- brenthda

The system has been in this office far longer than I have. The Manual I was given was for Starplus Triad XTS Digital key telephone system. All I know is it is a Vodavi XTS LDK-PSU 300 system.- brenthda

How do I reset station VM password
I have just been assigned the IT duties of the office and have a couple of stations where the users have changed the voicemail password to something other than what is in my records. How do I reset the password and/or station, so that I can clear out and reassign there station?- brenthda
