The system has been in this office far longer than I have. The Manual I was given was for Starplus Triad XTS Digital key telephone system. All I know is it is a Vodavi XTS LDK-PSU 300 system.
I have just been assigned the IT duties of the office and have a couple of stations where the users have changed the voicemail password to something other than what is in my records. How do I reset the password and/or station, so that I can clear out and reassign there station?
