It wont be the same speed 2 feet to 328 feet if you are using patch cords up to 328' long! This only applies to solid copper cable not patch cords.

Look up The Cone of Protection.
Basically you have a 40 degree angle of coverage from the roof or over hage of a building. So depending on the higth of the buildings your cable may be covered.

On some of the older phones the keypad did the dail restriction so you may need a different keypad. Look for so little metal straps that may be cut. If you find some solder them back together.

I would buy only 22 if that is what you are bidding! Make sure that you tech's pull in the longest runs first working to the shortest runs and you will be fine!

You should look into the Leviton Essex solution. The faceplates match the electrical in most cases and you can buy a jack and face plate at your local Home Depot or Lowes in a pinch. I have been in the communications business for 35 years and all the products will meet the category requirment...
I have not used it but find the video interesting. It would seem to me it would be easier and faster to pull in a pull line instead of a cable then pull the cable in using the pull line.

Its not a wiring problem!
Check to see if the phone system that started the conference call provides amplified conference. If does not then evertime you add someone to the conference the volume will decrease even more.
