    carldest, Use of VNC to access CallPilot is not supported by Avaya. Use of VNC to access CallPilot will trash it faster than a speeding bullet!

    VS1V is the voice multi-media volume for CallPilot. It is ok to run chkdsk, but you might already have a new hard drive on hand when you do. Once blocks start going bad on CallPilot, you're living on borrowed time.
