    Web Part: url depending on user's data

    Hello, I have a question: i', looking for WebPart, which takes user's data (ex. name,localization), and depending on this data automatically goes to a correct url (ex. ...?name=smith&localization=London). Did you find maybe something similar before? Thanks for every answers and tips :)
