Need to set up Announcements to inform callers of postion in Queue
Being fairly new to ICM , I have a requirement to set up an anouncement witin an ICM script to inform callers of their place in the queue. Any advise as to how to do this would be gratefully received. Thanks- rodge1

CCM 4.2 Hunt Groups
Sorry am new to CCM and need assitance in what is probably a simple matter. I have set up a hunt pilot, hunt list, and line group. when I ring the number I get " your call cannot be completed as dialed" message, have I missed a step out somewhere. Thanks for the help.- rodge1
