What would be the best route to ensure employees are declaring at least a certain percentage of tips during clock out? I haven't been able to find anything in Micros' settings, so I'm wondering if a SIM of some kind would help.
Has anyone had any luck purging a large database with unpurged checks. My database has gotten up to 4gb. I've attempted clearing the totals, but I had to stop waiting after an hour and a half, and get the store back online. Any ideas?
During receive, on the client side, I get 3 errors:
'shift_start_time' in table 'shift_employee_dtl' cannot be NULL
then
Error executing "call Micros; spem_LM_emp_status (xxxx,xxx,xx,x,)
then
error receiving data for configuration intem "MICROS_RES_LM\IMPLICIT/STORE_GRP\XXXXX\XXX\XX\XX\XXXXXXX)
Is anyone here familiar with dealing with Packet errors associated with Enterprise Manager? I'm having trouble with one. I have the database schema, I'm just not sure what table i have to edit.
