Please disregard as I have found the issue. It appears that someone added another extension with a call fwd to VM although the extension did not have a VM. I think it's time I change the password to avoid any changes without approval.
I have lines 1-4 set to answe after 4 rings to greeting table 1 with a ccr assigned however the line is being answered only after 2 rings to General Delivery mail box how can I stop this form happening
When I call the ext 123 from another ext I get the user internal voice mail message. It should forward to the user mobile number.
