I forgot to mention that this system was not installed by Micros,so they are not forthcoming with any help at this time.The person who installed this system is now,shall I say,"vacationing" and is in no position to assist. Hi TobeThor! Thank you for your response sir. At this time I have not been able to procure the install for the software. I did manage to obtain copies of someone elses installs and am trying to set up the interface that way but its very slow and trial and error. I did talk with Micros in this...- chefchuck61
