Suggested predictive dialer solution for ACM 8
Hello, I'm looking for any third party predictive dialer solution which integrates with ACM/AES v8. Something more complex than Avaya POM and less than Avaya Proactive Contact. Any suggestion which one is worth to close look ? Thanks, Man- eManitou
