    Would like to use @variable('BOUSER')

    Hi, you can use @variable('BOUSER') only in BO since it is purely BO parameter. The work around is what ever view you want to create in oracle database, use the same code and create in BO as Derived table in Designer. Your requirement will be satisfied. Hope this clarifies your query.
