    TAC is the Techical Assistance Center for Cisco. Do you have an id? Go to Cisco.com and register. Or go the long way around and contact your Cisco rep. Hope you guys have maintenance.... Viper makes a good point, make sure you specify whether your "operating system" is Native IOS or CATOS...

    Wisted, do a show mod and see if the status is ok. If not you may need to upgrade the IOS version. Looking at your post of the modules, it doesn't appear to be showing up at all. Get in touch with TAC. This is a straightfoward issue.
