PHONES DEAD
Our main board just crashed producing the same error. I opened the box and found 2 LEDs flashing in a sequence. Turns out it was trying to boot but was having memory issues. A new board was ordered and installed and now we are running again....minus voicemail though :-(- Blonco

Let me start off by saying that our company has laid off 90% of the people that work at my plant, so the duty of handling the phones is now mine by default.
