Thanks for your reply. Yes, I did sort it out. My hosting company looked into it and edited the DNS zone on my whitespark.ca domain. Here's what they did in WHM (web Host Manager):
1. Click on "Edit DNS Zone" on the left menu.
2. Select the domain you wish to update.

I registered some private name servers with my domain registrar on Dec 12th 2008:
ns1.whitespark.ca - 70.84.139.138
ns2.whitespark.ca - 70.84.139.139
I let that simmer for about 5 days, then I switched over some of my domains to start using the private name servers.
It has almost been 4 weeks...
