Alright, but how do I enable things like dialing and extension in a call director menu? I need a fully bilingual (fr,en) autoattendant in which people can press a digit to switch language and also just dial an extension to be transfered.- mnantel

I have a brand new Nupoint install. Line groups are configured, system is fully licensed. How do I get the NP Receptionist to pickup on a line? This is connected to a 3300.
