Maybe I wasn't clear. Our BCM is currently programmed and functioning properly with our current provider. We are simply changing providers. Do I still need to follow all those steps to test the new circuit?
Hello I am a non telephony guy but have been tasked with this project. We are getting a new PRI from ATT. They have given me a "test phone number" for testing the circuit prior to porting over our phone numbers, but I cannot find where to add this in BCM V 3.6? Can anyone help?
