How do I program additional extensions on Oper. console?
We have been using the auto attendant to answer our calls and forward them to one person's extension. Recently we just hired a live receptionist to sit with the MLX 20L console on her desk. In addition to answering "0" calls, we would like for her to have her personal extension with mailbox...- birdee
