Screen Flashes (Convert RPG to ILE use WINDOW keyword)
Resolved it. The program was loading a page at a time via a field defined as 3, 0 being set to 10. I changed it to populate it with 999. The screen doesn't flash now when I page down.- cvjoyce

I have several programs that have a Function Key for an Inquiry pop up window. I converted the programs from RPG to ILE. The windows were hard code to form the window border.
