Templates - and Linking them to documents.

Templates - and Linking them to documents.
Hi all I have a host of publisher docs, based on a template. I now need to chanmge the template.... Can I either, link the documents so that when I update the template the pages are automatically updated OR assign the template to the documents??? Cant see yhow this is done.... Thank you.- FavCat
