Put the information in the document's Custom Properties. Then insert the field where you need to within the document. When you want to replace the information, modify it within the Custom Properties, highlight the document and hit F9. Your information will automatically change.

I need to replace a couple of paragraphs in about 2200 Word Documents. Does anybody have a suggestion for a solution? I have found several programs that are available but no clue to their quality. Thank you.
