external hard drive not recognize
Hello Goaoz, thank you so much for your reply. I did try on another usb cable. I heard a click click on the drive when i plug in the computer it's a portable wd passport usb hard drive but if i open it, i don't think they will exchange my hdd. is personal file and pictures. the box seems like...- jun08

Please can someone help me to restore my file? i just bought the wd passport portable hdd last week until today is totally down, i had store files in the hdd when i received it until last nite. today i try to plug the usb to my pc not recognize anything and i did try on my laptop still the same...- jun08
