    Can't get the station preset call forward to work. I'm trying to forward transfered CO calls to a mailbox without using the standard Call Forward feature. The user doesn't like the FWD button flashing. Thanks

    vodavi help

    Don't know which Vodavi system you have, did you try to cancel CF (get intercom dial tone and press FWD key)and try to forward extension to VM (get intercom dialtone, press FWD and dial 9 + VM group #). Voicemail group # should be 440.
