Been fighting this (non-scrolling in VBA) problem for months! Reading this thread gave me an idea for a solution.
At least, it works in my Excel and Access VBA editor in XP. I uninstalled the logitech software, but had no luck with my scolling problem. Installed the MS Intellipoint software...
Fixed it! Our installation of our "Competisoft" budgeting software overwrote a file in MS Office 97. It had also kept our Link Manager from recognizing where our data was stored. Finally had to install Competisoft on a separate terminal!
Holding down the Shift key to bypass the startup menu doesn't work in the Access 97 program we have running on Windows XP. Does anyone have an idea about this?
