I have 2 G450 MGs, both at 30.18.1, but the announcement tones are different. For one of them after I enter the announcement extension, it gives me stutter, which I believe is correct. The other (and a few more like it) just provide dial tone. Does anyone know a reason for this?

Customer with 9650 IP phones, release 3.02. When he calls certain external conference bridges, the bridge does nto recognize the # sign from the IP phones. Works fine from digital. Already tried changing ip-iptions to in-band, but still no dice.
My customer wants to play an announcement when a restricted number calls into their PRI. The PRI carries user DIDs as well as vector controlled numbers (like 800#s). They want this announcement to play for ALL calls coming into the PRI. I'm not sure using a vector is the right thing here...
If you activate the comment PHNDPLENGTH 5 (or 4, depending on your dial plan) the system will not insert a 9 for internal calls from the call log. So, remove the comments (##).
I have a customer reporting that their coverage answer group is ringing only on the first extension in the group and not on the others. CM 5.2 with 64XX phones. I've never heard of this being a "setting". Anyone know why this could be?
