Outlook 2007: email replies return pale yellow

Outlook 2007: email replies return pale yellow
I have Win XP Pro & use Outlook 2007. Some replies, not all, come back in pale yellow. To read them I have to open, hit Reply or Forward & highlight the text to read it! I have tried all the mail format options and even looked at styles - to no avail. Please see link. Sophie...- sophie007
