I just need to display the same information in page footer of the main report in the subreport as page footer. The content of the page footer is same for all pages.

I need to display some info as page footer in every page of subreport, but there is no page header and footer in the subreport, how do I add them? I use CR XI.

This way, the page header also get suppressed. I then created a dummy group and moved formula whileprintingrecords; shared booleanvar flag := true; to the dummy group header. It works now. Many thanks to LB !
