    We are upgrading to PeopleTools 8.49 from 8.47. We have a 3rd party interface sending a Consumer_Sync message via a HTTP Post. It will not work since the upgrade. We are sending it as UTF8, with the ServiceOperation tag in the IBInfo. The error in the errorlog is: IBRequest:setFromPS_XML()...
