    alpha-numeric sorting

    I have an inventory file that I want to sort by bin locations (ie 1A1 to 1Z99) the problem is I get 1A1,1A10 through 1A19 before I get 1A2 then 1A21 through 1A29, 1A3. How can I work this out?
