    Sorry this is the other answer to your question! SSLCertificateChainFile /etc/pki/tls/certs/server-chain.crt right now this one works. But this go daddy bundle was the first one and we just renamed it last year it is acctualy good for two years so it would still work I believe!

And as stated when the old one is started with the httpd it starts fine and the server is running its just you have an expired certificate when you go to make a purchase.     Yes I did a ls -al /usr/bin/mono and got this! -rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 1875216 Nov 7 2007 /usr/bin/mono The other being the path and file is correct and viewing the certificate in the KDE software shows a valid certificate!
