Without sounding a bit dim, how do i check the DNA?
All hunt groups have also been reset, but this has made no difference. We have about 20 hunt groups, all of them are affected.

I am a newbie to this forum and i am glad i found it after reading some of the stuff on here!
I have a live problem at my current place of work whereby all hunt groups when rung are engaged.
I am using call manager 3.3 (needs updating i know!)
There have been no recent changes that...
