bigchiefdan, where do you check the DND (do not disturb?) settings? I'm not finding any DND settings in the phone itself. And "Disable Ring on this Line", where is that located?
Sorry for the noob...
I have 4 7921 VoIP phones that will not give an audible ring regardless of the Sound Settings on these phones.
I have changed ring tones, volume settings for everything, made sure that they aren't set to headset mode, made sure they weren't on mute, etc... Just no matter what I do with these...
