Merlin Magix DIDs
I have the numbers being sent and of course the extensions as well. The phone company is sending 4 dnis digits and the ext. #s are 3 digit. I understand what to do from working with other systems as far as putting the DID with the ext. I just dont know how to get there to do it or check it in...- validity

Merlin Magix DIDs
I need to know how to program DIDs to extensions, starting from getting into the system. A long time customer bought a new building with this system in it. Their DIDs did work until they changed carriers for their T1. They are able to make calls and recieve calls, just not on their DIDs.- validity
